The newspaper reports that both have declined to cooperate in the investigation.Dulos, who has five children with Fotis Dulos and has been enmeshed in a bitter divorce proceeding for two years, has been missing since May 24.He'll 'Harm Me': Connecticut Mom Jennifer Dulos Missing Amid Two-Year Divorce BattleAccording to the warrants, police went to the mom's home after she failed to show up to multiple doctor's appointment in New York and concerned friends contacted police in New Canaan around 7 p.m. on May 24.Arriving officers found no one home but were able to gain access after friends encouraged a nanny to let police inside. During the search, officers found stains on the garage floor and on a vehicle in the garage, and evidence that someone had tried to clean up the crime scene, the warrants say.The also located a Chevy Suburban registered to Jennifer Dulos about three miles from her home, but no sign of her in or near the vehicle, the documents say.Based on what was recovered from the crime scene, "investigators came to the consensus that a serious physical assault had occurred at the scene and Jennifer Dulos was the suspected victim," the affidavit says.The next day, officers briefly interviewed Fotis Dulos, who met investigators with his attorney at his side and declined to assist in the investigation, but handed his iPhone X to a detective who seized the cellphone, believing it contained evidence of a crime, the affidavit says. Search warrants for the phone place the estranged husband in north Hartford on the night of May 24, the affidavit states. Investigators coupled the cellphone data with footage from surveillance cameras monitored by the Hartford Police Department that show a man who looks like Dulos and a passenger who resembles Troconis driving in a pickup truck that makes more than 30 stops along a four-mile stretch of Albany Avenue discarding trash bags that appear to be stained with blood, the affidavit says. The license plate on the truck appears to match one owned by Fotis Dulos and a sticker matching one on his truck appears in the surveillance footage as well, the affidavit says. The footage shows the bags being thrown into various trash receptacles and in once instance something being pushed through a storm grate, the affidavit states. Investigators responding to the storm grate recovered an envelope that contained two Connecticut license plates that were registered to a SUV owned by Fotis Dulos, the affidavit says. Investigators searched for the trash bags and recovered bags that are consistent with those seen on surveillance cameras, the affidavit says. | The NSA is urging Windows users to update their computers ASAP Posted: 05 Jun 2019 03:04 PM PDT  If you're a Windows user who has yet to update your operating system after the discovery of the Bluekeep vulnerability a few weeks ago, then maybe a warning from the NSA will be enough to spur you on.Bluekeep is a vulnerability that's been compared to the devastating 2007 malware WannaCry that wreaked havoc on computer systems around the world, resulting in millions of dollars' worth of damage. There's concern that systems running older versions of Windows like Windows 7 are especially vulnerable to Bluekeep.The NSA's advisory, which you can read in full here, notes that Bluekeep is a vulnerability in the remote desktop feature on legacy versions of Windows. "The National Security Agency is urging Microsoft Windows administrators and users to ensure they are using a patched and updated system in the face of growing threats," the advisory reads.Microsoft, it continues, has warned that the Bluekeep flaw "is potentially 'wormable,' meaning it could spread without user interaction across the internet. We have seen devastating computer worms inflict damage on unpatched systems with wide-ranging impact, and are seeking to motivate increased protections against this flaw."The advisory notes that these are the affected versions of Windows: * Windows XP * Windows Server 2003 * Windows Vista * Windows Server 2008 * Windows 7 * Windows Server 2008 R2Microsoft has issued a patch, but millions of machines are reportedly still vulnerable. The NSA says it's concerned that hackers will use this vulnerability in ransomware and exploit kits that contain other known exploits, increasing their capabilities against other unprotected systems. The Bluekeep vulnerability could also be used to conduct denial of service attacks, according to the agency."NSA urges everyone to invest the time and resources to know your network and run supported operating systems with the latest patches," the advisory continues, also noting that Windows 10 systems are protected against the flaw and that it only affects the named older versions of Windows. "This is critical not just for NSA's protection of National Security Systems but for all networks."

Truth be told, however, there hasn't been much news that has surprised us. "These tools show that this lawsuit is not a last resort for the House. And this fact is also exemplified by the many other cases across the country challenging the administration's planned construction of the border wall."Trump declared a national emergency in February in order to unilaterally appropriate $2.5 billion from the Defense Department's anti-drug trafficking funds and $3.6 billion from its construction budget for the construction of a border wall.Pelosi and fellow House Democrats argued in their suit that the allocation of those funds harmed Congress's institutional authority by depriving it of the power of the purse granted to it under the Administrative Procedures Act.The Department of Justice celebrated the decision on Monday as a defense of the administration's constitutional prerogatives."The court rightly ruled that the House of Representatives cannot ask the judiciary to take its side in political disputes and cannot use federal courts to accomplish through litigation what it cannot achieve using the tools the Constitution gives to Congress," a DOJ spokesman said. "The Department looks forward to continuing to defend the administration's lawful actions to address the crisis at the southern border."While the ruling is a positive development for the administration, it does not guarantee the wall's construction. It comes roughly one month after a federal judge in California temporarily blocked the administration from reallocating certain Pentagon funds for the wall's construction, further impeding efforts to secure the $8.5 billion the president claims is necessary to build a satisfactory wall.

Kennedy unless the carrier can deploy with F-35C Lighting II stealth fighter, Ben Werner reported for USNI News.The Navy decided to omit the gear for the F-35 in order to keep Kennedy under the $11-billion cost cap that Congress has imposed on the ship's construction. The sailing branch plans to christen Kennedy in late 2019 and add F-35-compatibility at a later date.The Navy in February 2019 declared its first F-35C squadron to be combat-ready."Cost caps imposed by Congress on the Ford-class program to keep the price of these ships from escalating have accomplished the opposite effect," a committee staff member told Werner, "with the Navy accepting delivery of unfinished carriers and intending to pay more money later on to add critical capabilities in the future.".The jet-compatibility problem is only the latest to afflict the Ford program.
