The Christian Science Monitor - Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice said she accepted responsibility for the troubled US occupation of Iraq after Saddam Hussein's fall. In comments on "Fox News Sunday," Rice, who was President Bush's national security adviser when the war began in 2003, said former Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld wasn't at fault for not having the right occupational structure in place.
