Reuters - U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton on Monday defended her choice for U.S. ambassador to Iraq, saying he made "lemonade out of some pretty bad lemons" in talks to end North Korea's nuclear programs.

Caldwell joined the Army in 2002, served one tour in Iraq, then a second combat tour in Afghanistan. In February 2007 he signed up for an another tour in Iraq.
