U.S. uses drones to protect envoys; Iraq said outraged (Reuters)

Reuters - The State Department said on Monday it has used unarmed drones to help protect its diplomats overseas and the New York Times reported that the program had outraged senior Iraqi officials.

Auditors claim poor record-keeping led to the inability to track the money, while others insist that acceptable efforts were made and that the money made it to the appropriate recipients.
