UN urges Iraq to quickly form new government (AP)

Security Council on Wednesday strongly urged Iraqi politicians to quickly agree on a new government, a call backed by the top U.N. envoy who warned that the country has reached "a critical juncture" that could be exploited by opponents of its transition to democracy.
