FILE - This Aug. 20, 2010 file photo, shows a general view of the home where U.S. Army reservist Ahmed Kousay al-Taie, an Iraqi-American, was abducted by gunmen in Baghdad, Iraq in 2006. Al-Taie was not in uniform when he sneaked off base on a motorcycle to visit his Iraqi wife in central Baghdad. The militiamen hiding nearby weren't fooled and seized him at gunpoint. It's been four years since Ahmed Kousay al-Taie disappeared. Al-Taie, an Ann Arbor, Mich., resident who was born in Iraq, is the only American soldier still missing here. His family worries that he will never be found. One U.S. military unit is now in charge of the search for al-Taie. The unit is also looking for 12 missing civilians, seven of them Americans. Its mission is a key piece of unfinished business for the United States as the Obama administration prepares to withdraw the remaining troops from Iraq by the end of this year.
